President Mike Cooper has announced the 2023 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 2023.

“Household Hazardous Waste Day is an important day for many of our families in St. Tammany Parish,” said President Cooper. “I encourage all of our citizens to look around your homes and garages for any hazardous waste and allow us to properly dispose of it.”

The event will take place in the St. Tammany Parish Government Complex parking lot at 21454 Koop Drive from 8 a.m. – Noon.

The collection event is for residential hazardous waste only.
